Spark Healthy Runner is a local coaching team led by physical therapist Dr. Duane Scotti who helps runners get stronger, run faster, and enjoy lifelong injury free running (even if you have been told to stop running with an injury). As community partners, Duane and his team will provide you with beginner and intermediate training plans (see links below), weekly coaching tips to stay healthy during your training within our Southington Runners Facebook group, and an option for personalized 1:1 coaching to hit your 5k or 5 mile race goal! They have experience working with couch to 5k runners all the way up to sub 3 hour experienced marathoners and can help you reach your greatest potential for your AHRR.
