At the YMCA Sports Performance Center, we believe that it is the foundation of athletics that creates the best competitor. With the help of our training experts and age appropriate coaching, the YMCA Sports Performance Center is designed to meet kids (ages 11-18) where they are now and help them reach their full potential. Whatever the sport, the youth of today are developing earlier each year and it’s vital to their success that they have the basic athletic fundamentals of: body awareness, coordination, balance, speed, strength and agility to maximize their full athletic abilities and reduce injuries.

Over the last ten years, Tommy Sienkowski has been working in the fitness industry leading individuals down the path of health and wellness. Tommy has trained hundreds of clients ranging from middle school to high school/college athletes. Holding certifications as a certified strength and conditioning specialist, coupled with his own experience as a high school and college athlete, Tommy was the perfect fit to lead the YMCA Sports Performance Center.

  • Bachelor of Science, Health Science
  • Certified. Strength. Conditioning. Specialist
  • Precision Nutrition Level 1-2 Certified
