Want to have your athlete get the best training during the summer off season? Pick your dates to give your athlete the edge. Consistent progression from the beginning of summer all the way to the start of the school year!

• Start date – June 26 End date – August 25
• Weekly sessions run 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Note: No makeup days

• Classes start at 2:00 pm and run through 7:45 pm
• Pick your time

 2:00 to 2:45 pm    3:00 to 3:45 pm    4:00 to4:45 pm
 5:00 to 5:45 pm    6:00 to 6:45 pm    7:00 to 7:45 pm

• Pricing per week - Full Member $50, Program Member $100, Non-Members $110

Semi-private Collegiate Athlete Training Program

  • Monday – Tuesday - Wednesday – Thursday - Friday
  • Begins June 1st
  • Pick a time slot – 10am, 11am, 12:00pm, 1:00 pm
  • Train for 60 minutes
  • Individual programs, ratio of 5:1 athletes to coaches(bring your college program and have an expert coach you through it or we can program for you based off assessment and sport demands)
  • 120$ per 12 training sessions.
  • Pick your days and times.


Saturday Adult Sports Performance Class

At the YMCA Sports Performance Center, we believe that it is the foundation of athletics that creates the best competitor. With the help of our training experts and age appropriate coaching, the YMCA Sports Performance Center is designed to meet kids (ages 11-18) where they are now and help them reach their full potential. Whatever the sport, the youth of today are developing earlier each year and it’s vital to their success that they have the basic athletic fundamentals of: body awareness, coordination, balance, speed, strength and agility to maximize their full athletic abilities and reduce injuries.

Over the last ten years, Tommy Sienkowski has been working in the fitness industry leading individuals down the path of health and wellness. Tommy has trained hundreds of clients ranging from middle school to high school/college athletes. Holding certifications as a certified strength and conditioning specialist, coupled with his own experience as a high school and college athlete, Tommy was the perfect fit to lead the YMCA Sports Performance Center.
