This year marks the Southington YMCA's 14th Annual Sloper Plunge! Last year 165 warm-hearted members of the community jumped into Sloper Pond for a great cause! This year, we're expecting nearly 200 people to take the plunge! One hundred percent (100% !!!) of the proceeds from this event are used to send kids to camp.
Are you interested in joining to cause to take the plunge? Or perhaps support one of this year's plungers!

DONATE/SUPPORT A PARTICIPANT NOW!

What is the Sloper Plunge?

...Only the coolest and fastest fundraiser in Southington. Each year hundreds of community leaders and volunteers jump into the icy waters of Sloper Pond in January to raise money for camp scholarships so local children in need have the opportunity to have the camp experience. We provide close to $50,000 in camp scholarships to families in need right here in Southington. Check out the fun from last year.
