You must pre-register for all classes. To pre-register for these classes, please visit www.sccymca.org/register or call the Southington YMCA Front Desk at 860-628-5597. Please be sure to arrive early toclass so you can participate in a health screening.


YMCA equipment will not be available. Please be sure to bring your own mat, a water bottle, a towel, and appropriate shoes.


Pool Schedule (Effective: 11/2)


You may reserve your lap ahead of time to ensure that you will have space to swim. To reserve your lane, please visit www.sccymca.org/register.
